👀 Visual Observer / Flight Scout (Drone Lookout)
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Location: Arizona (On-site)
What You’ll Do
1. Act as a visual observer (VO) to support the drone pilot during flight operations
2. Maintain constant unaided visual line of sight with the aircraft
3. Monitor airspace for manned aircraft, people, vehicles, and hazards
4. Communicate clearly with the pilot regarding safety, obstacles, and situational awareness
5. Assist with setup, crowd awareness, and site coordination
6. Help ensure all flights follow FAA safety best practices
Requirements
1. Strong situational awareness and communication skills
2. Ability to stand and observe for extended periods outdoors
3. Reliable transportation
4. Professional and safety-focused mindset
Nice to Have
1. Familiarity with drone operations or aviation terms
2. Previous construction, event, or site safety experience
Drone Pilot (FAA Part 107 Required)
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

What You’ll Do
1.Operate drones safely and legally under FAA Part 107
2. Capture high-quality aerial photos & videos for:

4. Construction progress & inspections

7. Communicate professionally with clients on-site
8. Follow AircamX flight, safety, and shot guidelines
Requirements
1. FAA Part 107 Certification (required)
2. DJI drone (Mini 3 Pro, Air 2S, Mavic series preferred)
3. Reliable transportation
4. Strong safety awareness & professionalism
5. Ability to upload and deliver files promptly
Nice to Have
1. Real estate or commercial drone experience
2. Photo & video editing skills
Video Editor / Media Specialist
Type: Contract / Part‑Time
Location: Remote or Arizona
What You’ll Do
1. Edit aerial photos & videos for marketing use
2. Color correction, basic motion graphics, and branding
3. Deliver content optimized for:

Requirements
1. Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
